Services
Lord Fix Mobile provides mobile phone repair services and related technical support. All repairs are subject to device inspection and confirmation.
Quotations
Repair quotations are provided based on the initial inspection of the device. Additional faults discovered during the repair process may require a revised quotation. We will seek customer approval before carrying out any additional chargeable repairs.
Repairs
While we take every reasonable care during the repair process, certain devices may contain existing defects that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for issues resulting from previous damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or manufacturer defects.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to back up all important data before submitting their devices for repair. Lord Fix Mobile is not responsible for any loss of data during the repair process.
Payment
Full payment is required upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is subject to our Warranty Policy. Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, and unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lord Fix Mobile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
