Repair Services
Due to the nature of repair services, payments made for completed repair services are generally non-refundable.
Diagnostic Fees
Any diagnostic or inspection fees paid are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.
Parts Ordered
Special order parts purchased specifically for a customer’s device are non-refundable unless the part is confirmed to be defective.
Unsuccessful Repairs
If we are unable to complete the requested repair, customers will only be charged for any agreed diagnostic service or approved replacement parts, where applicable.
